Review:
Thor was much better than I expected. I do not know if I can get a balance between the things Norse mythology and the real Marvel Universe. I shouldve known better because Marvel knows their characters and knows what we want to see. Spider-Man set a new standard for the genre superhero movie at the time. Iron Man took the bet. Thor gets the ball and run with it and places that bar even higher. I can see again, and I know it will be good enough to be a worthy sequel, because word of mouth is great. Trust me when I say Thor is really as good as Iron Man and is most worthy of being called one of the greatest adaptation to ever.Chris Hemsworth as the Norse god Thor and Tom Hiddleston as his evil brother Loki show they have the ability to act and star quality to become mega-marquee names in the future. Marvel found two absolute diamond in the rough. The two actors made a great impression and are great on the screen. Do aced winners Anthony Hopkins and Natalie Portman lead, but the relative Unkown instead of maintaining their own on the screen. I know that the script is written especially for them, but bring in a big way. From what I read, Hemsworth and Hiddleston were released almost a year prior to filming the story so they have time to do the research design and character. Certainly not the great Marvel long proud. Comic intelligent popcorn epics are rare and it is certainly a cut above the normal rate.
