Once every year, you will be presented with this hilarious slapstick comedy immediately forget how LOW this form of entertainment really. I can not give a scientific explanation to explain how come it's fun to see someone (preferably wearing glasses) being hit by a ball? That's right. Dodgeball is vulgar, crude and without substance? But your stomach will hurt from laughing and not we all need that from time to time? If you really want to defend this movie, you can always say it features tons of simplistic criticism against her ACTIVITIES exaggerated modern American health occupation. Ben Stiller's character is the personification of the obnoxious fitness guru: Do better than you and we know it. Compared to him, theres Vince Vaughn as cool-minded, lovable guy who owns a fitness center for the underdeveloped sissies. Due to the financial situation, risk losing its Stiller gym unless he and his team of misfits managed to win the dodgeball tournament global reputation. The film is a series of free chuckling, eccentric characters and outrageous one-liners. A pretty fun to listen Stiller shouting lines like, you have skid marks on the underpants of society. Or Rip Torn always-amusing encouraged his team with the words: You are as useful as a cock-flavored lollipop. The acting is great as it can be with Ben Stiller and Rip Torn go delightfully over the top and lots of cameos enthusiast (Chuck Norris, David Hasselhof, William Shatner and even Lance Armstrong). Not sure Schindler's List, but Dodgball good fun and stress release.
